The house features 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2½ baths, a sauna, Deer Isle granite counter kitchen, dining area and spacious front deck. The upstairs master bedroom comes with king size bed and a twin bed for children. The master bedroom also includes an ocean view balcony.

The main downstairs guest room has a queen size bed and a terrific ocean view as well. Other downstairs guest rooms have a queen, double, a twin and a set of bunk beds, bringing the total sleeping accommodations to 12. Both living rooms feature wonderful sea views and satellite TV's. The south living room includes a cozy fieldstone gas fireplace. The house also includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, CD player, phone and linens.

House rents from the beginning of April to the end of October, Saturday to Saturday.

The house is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Bangor International Airport. It is 4 hours from Portland, 5½ hours from Boston, and 9½ from New York City.

Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are 45 minutes away and the towns of Milbridge and Ellsworth have the closest movie theaters and are 20 and 30 minutes away, respectively.
