The cottage, featuring 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths, has two queen, one full size and three twin beds - perfect for larger families and couples.
The cottage also includes two sets of linens, phone, dishwasher, washer, dryer, CD player and DVD/VCR. Families love having their summer time meals next to the sea shore and harbor, while watching the fishing boats come and go. Vacationing here, visitors will experience a true close knit small Downeast Maine community and experience the way life should be.
Rental Fees (per week):
$400 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs.
Outdoor pets are welcome, with a kennel attached to the garage for their stay. Smoking is not permitted.
The house is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Bangor International Airport. It is also 4½ hours from Portland, 6 hours from Boston and 10 hours from New York City.

The Cape Harbor Cottage is a lovely 5 bedroom waterside rental overlooking Cape Split Harbor in South Addison, Maine.
Guests here love strolling down to the nearby wharf and picking out their lobsters for dinner, exploring the seashore or kayaking off the Cape. Guests also enjoy biking the quiet roads along this scenic coastal setting or visiting the wonderful Cape Split sand beach. If you're looking for a truly Downeast Maine setting and experience, this is it!
This bright and cheery cottage features a classic street side front porch, a spacious children's room with play area and close bathroom, a large living room with cable TV and working organ, and a wonderful waterside back deck with picnic table and gas grill. There is also a picnic table and chairs under the waterside apple tree for folks who wish to eat their meal closer to the water while watching the children play on the seashore.
These accommodations are available from the beginning of the second week in June to the end of October, Saturday to Saturday.
