This house is private and affords vacationers a cozy and quiet place to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying nice ocean views and short drives to other scenic locations nearby.
![]() A short path leads guests to the seashore where everyone will enjoy beachcombing, clamming, sea kayaking and canoeing.
The house accommodates 6 guests with a master bedroom with king size bed and attached full bath on the main floor and two guests rooms on the second floor. The guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds as well as a full bathroom.
![]() The second floor also features a loft sitting room for reading and viewing the satellite TV as well as a computer work station with high speed Internet access.

This house supplies all linens, cookware, place settings, utensils, firewood, washer, dryer, dishwasher, phone, gas grill, DVD player and CD music system. The house also comes equipped with two bicycles for renters to enjoy. While vacationing in this area guests will enjoy the nearby coastal and mountain hiking trails at McClellan Park, Petit Manan Wildlife Refuge, Acadia National Park’s Schoodic Peninsula, Tunk Mountain, Catherine’s Mountain, Schoodic Mountain, Black and Caribou Mountains. Fishermen will also love the area for its lake, pond and stream fishing for brook trout, landlocked salmon and smallmouth bass. There are also boat tours out of Milbridge, antiquing in most of the quaint fishing villages, seaside golfing and many choices of sea food delicacies in the local restaurants and miles of sightseeing along this beautiful stretch of coastline.
The house is 1½ hours from Bangor, 1 hour from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, 4½ hours from Portland, 6 hours from Boston, 10 hours from New York City, 1½ hours from Eastport, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Campobello Island, and 2 hours from St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada. This house rents from May to the end of October.
Rental Fees (per week): The house requires a 50% reservation deposit within 14 days of making your reservation and the remainder payment due 30 days prior to arrival along with a $500.00 damage deposit. Dogs are welcome but smoking is not permitted at this house.
