The house is also just a mile away from the fun nine hole Great Cove Golf Course. Guests also delight in fishing for striped bass in the Chandler River, located just up and across the bay.

This house offers its guests a spacious, bright and cheery water view great room with 6 person dining area, plush living space and granite center gas fireplace. From the great room vacationers can step out onto the waterside full length deck for grilling get-togethers or to just relax in the sun. Families enjoy the entertainment room with satellite TV and comfortable furniture.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with the second floor master bedroom featuring wonderful water views, queen size bed and waterside balcony. The second floor guest room also includes wonderful water views, double bed, twin bed and waterside balcony.

The spacious second floor French decor bath showcases a large 2 person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second guest room features a set of twin bunk beds which are perfect for the children.

Additional sleeping / living space is located in the lower level of the house. This room includes a queen bed, couch, TV, DVD player and small refrigerator. The house also includes: gas grill, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 3 satellite TV's (separate receivers), VCR, CD player, ping pong table, linens and deck furniture.

The house is only 5 miles from Roque Bluffs State Park with its beautiful sandy beach, hiking trails and freshwater swimming pond. Its also 15 minutes from the shiretown of Machias and its shops and restaurants. The house is 25 minutes from Great Wass Island and the Nature Conservancy's coastal hiking trails as well as 35 minutes from the crashing surf hikes of Cutler's Bold Coast and Western Head Trails.

April 1 - June 21: $700
June 21 - July 5: $900
July 5 - July 26: $1,100
July 26 - August 23: $1,200
August 23 - October 18: $750

Rental Terms: 50% reservation deposit required. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$400 refundable deposit due along with remainder payment for damage/excessive cleaning costs.

Check-in 3:00 PM Saturday, Check-out 10:00 AM the following Saturday. Pets with permission but smoking is not permitted.

Arrive by car - Roque Bluffs is 6 hours from Boston and 10 hours from NYC or arrive by plane - Bangor International Airport is 120 minutes away and the Portland Jetport is 4 hours away.
