The second downstairs guest bedroom features two twin beds. The cottage also comes with satellite TV, VCR, firewood, outdoor gas grill, deck furniture, washer, dryer,dishwasher, trash compactor, linens and phone.
Because of the dramatic cliff side perch of this cottage and of the potentially dangerous ledges, caution on the part of guests is advised, and rental occupancy is limited to adults, infants and children over the age of 10.
This cottage is only 1½ miles from Roque Bluffs State Park with its ¼ mile sandy beach, freshwater swimming pond and hiking trails. Its also only 15 minutes from Machias with its shopping, restaurants and University pool and fitness center. There are also many featured hikes nearby, including the Cutler Bold Coast and Western Head Trails and Great Wass Island's Nature Conservancy trails.

Rental Terms: 50% reservation deposit required.
Check-in 3:00 PM Saturday, check-out 10:00 AM the following Saturday.
Pets with permission but smoking is not permitted.
Arrive by car - Roque Bluffs is 500 miles from Boston, 700 miles from NYC or arrive by plane - Bangor International Airport is 120 minutes away and Portland Jetport is 4½ hours away.

Located on the very ledgy tip of Cow Point in Roque Bluffs, Maine, this very private 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage offers guests fantastic panoramic open ocean views and spectacular sunrises.
The spacious upstairs master bedroom has an elevated ocean view, queen size bed and attached bath. The downstairs ocean side guest bedroom also has a terrific ocean view and comes with queen size bed and an across the hall full bath.
