Located on Flat Bay in Milbridge Maine, this two bedroom cottage with rustic log exterior affords it's guests the comforts of home with it's contemporary furnishings, privacy, and numerous amenities.

The cottage sits 100 feet from the water's edge and has a terrific panoramic view of the bay from it's front porch and living room. Visitors have access to the seashore via a short set of stairs located in front of the cottage.

Guests will enjoy the warmth of wonderful sunrises and fireside dinners. Families and couples can day trip an hour to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, or Campobello Island. Guests can also enjoy sightseeing and the crashing surf at Schoodic Point, just 25 minutes away, or go hiking at the new trails on nearby Schoodic, Black, Caribou, and Catherine's Mountains. In and around these hiking areas visitors can swim, fish, kayak, and canoe on waters such as Long and Donnell Ponds, Tunk, Spring River, and Narraguagus Lakes.

The cottage sleeps five and comes with Satellite TV, VCR, stereo, high speed Internet access, 2 queen size beds, 2 full baths, lopi glass front fireplace, washer, dryer, outdoor grill, screened in porch, microwave, coffee makers, and phone. Includes firewood and linens. Pets allowed but smoking is not permitted.

Available for weekly rental year-round.

Rental Fees (per week):
January 1 - July 10: $500
July 10 - August 21: $625
August 21 - December 31: $500

$500 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs.

A 50% reservation deposit is required. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
