This house accommodates 10 guests and is spacious and elegant in design. Located in a lightly developed area of the Maine coast, this house boasts quiet and privacy. Its shoreline is rocky and tranquil, and its bay frontage sees the occasional lobster boat hauling pots for their daily catch.
Dyer Bay is a scenic deep water hamlet with wonderful seascapes that is a must see. A woodland path directs guests to this house’s picturesque shorefront.

Guests will also enjoy the ability to step from the great-room outside to tend their surf and turf grilling on the deck, and to breathe in the fresh salt air. The well appointed kitchen has plenty of counter space and comes complete with all cook-ware, lobster pot, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast bar.
The master bedroom suite is also located on the first floor and also boasts a fireplace as well as a king size bed and attached large master bath with tub and shower. Guests waking up in this room can also step out onto the waterside deck and greet the day with their fresh cup of java.
The second floor has three bedrooms and a second full bath. Each room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. The two water view upstairs bedrooms boast queen size beds and one has an additional twin bed - perfect for a child who likes to sleep close to mom and dad. The third upstairs bedroom features double and twin beds, and is ideal for a children’s room.
This house also includes a washer, dryer, satellite TV, outdoor gas grill, linens and phone. Area activities include hiking the Petit Manan National Wildlife Refuge trails in Steuben, visiting the pink granite shores at McClellan Park in Milbridge, exploring the crashing surf at Acadia National Park’s Schoodic Peninsula in Winter Harbor, hiking Schoodic, Black, Caribou and Catherine’s Mountains on the Maine Bureau of Parks & Lands property in Sullivan, and day tripping to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island. The children will enjoy zoo, waterslides, mini golf and go-cart rides in Trenton and whale watching trips from Bar Harbor. This house rents from Saturday to Saturday. Prices below are based on 8 guest occupancy, with an additional charge of $200.00 per person per week for every guest above 8. The house can accommodate 10 people.
Rental Fees (per week): $400 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs. Pets and smoking are not permitted. This house is 20 minutes from Acadia’s Schoodic Peninsula and 50 minutes from Bar Harbor and the main portion of Acadia National Park. The house is also 1 hour from Bangor International Airport, 4½ from the Portland Jet Port, 6 hours from Boston and 10 hours from New York City.
