The Sea Breeze Cottage is located on Kennebec Bay in Roque Bluffs, Maine. This private, one bedroom cottage with additional loft sleeping area has an open design which promotes togetherness.

The cottage is perched up high giving its guests a wonderful bird's eye view of the ocean below. Its unique eight sided design allows for terrific panoramic views out of its large windows and sliding glass doors.

Its spacious, wrap-around deck spans four sides and provides a comfortable airy atmosphere. The center kitchen provides an open environment for preparing meals while enjoying close friends and spectacular scenery. The great room with cathedral ceiling, living and dining area is set around a glass front fireplace.

This cottage comes complete with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed, 1 full bath, TV, VCR, washer, dryer, outdoor gas grill, microwave, linens, firewood and phone.

Rental Fees (per week):
May 1 - June 21: $700
June 21 - July 5: $800
July 5 - August 23: $950
August 23 - October 11: $750

$400 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs. Pets are welcome but no smoking is permitted.
