Visitors to this cottage enjoy privacy, relaxing on the large front deck, exploring the seashore, sea kayaking and area hiking trails. Renters here are treated to wonderful views of the undeveloped and scenic shores while being able to watch local fishing boats return with their catch at the end of the day.
The cottage is only five miles from Roque Bluffs State Park with its ½ mile long white sand beach, seven miles from the coastal town of Machias, 1½ hours from Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, and 50 minutes from Campobello Island.
The cottage has two bedrooms and 1½ baths. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds, and the cottage is funished with a day bed as well. Amenities include: linens, washer, dryer, outdoor gas grill, 32" TV with DVD, microwave, phone, and stereo with CD player.
Rental Fees (per week):
$400 refundable security deposit for damage/excessive cleaning costs. Pets and smoking are not permitted.
A reservation deposit of 50% is required within 14 days of making your reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Nestled high in the spruces over looking Kennebec Bay in Roque Bluffs, Maine, the Sea Spray Cottage offers guests a warm inviting interior featuring a sun drenched breakfast nook, spacious living room and comfortable sleeping accommodations for five to six individuals.
The cottage is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
